Profile:
Chairman of Recreation & Open Spaces Committee.
I was brought up just outside Highworth and married a local farmer. We have three children and five grandchildren. Divorced 1991, I moved to Watchfield/Shrivenham to be a mature student at RMCS where I met my late partner. I have lived in Faringdon since 1996 and intend to retire here. I want to help Faringdon to be a vibrant town with something for everyone. I want the town centre to be used by all the people who live here and not to become a dormitory for Swindon and Oxford and marginalized by our council in Abingdon.
My current projects are to give our children's playgrounds the "wow" factor and provide more allotments. |
