JOINT OPERATIONS MANAGER
This role shares overall responsibility with the existing manager and reports to the Chairman of the Trustees.
25 hours p/w covering Monday-Thursday.
£18,200 pa (£26,936 FT equivalent)
The post holder will take day to day shared responsibility for running the Advice Centre, managing service provision and resources cost effectively. The Operations Manager will manage both volunteers and employees, maintain high quality standards across all services and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
The applicant will be expected to represent the Advice Centre in a professional manner to funders and the public. There will be an element of public speaking, producing and delivering statistical reports and fostering productive relationships with partner agencies. Good communication skills are essential.
The applicant must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Previous management experience would be preferred. Training on in house software will be provided.
