AGM NOTICE
To the Members of Oxfordshire South & Vale Citizens Advice Bureau.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the Annual General Meeting of the CAB to be held at:
Roysse Room, Guildhall, Abbey Close, Abingdon OX14 3JD on Tuesday 15th October 2019 at 6.00 pm at which the attached Agenda will be followed.
You have the right to appoint a proxy to represent you at the said meeting and a suitable form is available from the Company Secretary. This form must be received at least 48 hours before the said meeting either being sent electronically to the Secretary or sent by post or delivered by hand to any of the CAB’s offices.
