We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2018 Faringdon Town Council Community Awards. Town Mayor Cllr. David Barron presented the awards at the ceremony on Monday evening.
Huge Congratulations to all the winners:
The Clive Davis Community Hero Award went to Sjoerd Vogt
The Group Award to Faringdon Rugby Club
The Business Award to Pat Thomas Butchers
Over 1400 votes were received from residents.
This year’s Volunteer Award was awarded posthumously to Rick Ebsworth for over 20 years of voluntary work in the Acacia Charity Shop. Going forward the volunteer award will also be renamed The Rick Ebsworth Volunteer Award.
