Daily Home Exercise – Helping wellbeing in times of isolation

Exercise is crucial to good health, so whilst you are isolating yourselves at home, use the opportunity to develop a daily exercise routine. 

Doctors from the Great Western Hospital developed 3 simple exercise regimes and they are sharing these now as a starting point for your home exercises. There is something for everyone.

Level 1 -2 minutes sitting exercises :

These exercises have been tried and tested on patients of all ages and abilities. People felt better, healthier, and stronger.
