Motivational speaker, local resident, and all-around good guy Al Sylvester is speaking about his epic walk from Land’s End to John O’Groats this month to help raise funds for local charities.

Al’s “Walk to Freedom” provides a brutally honest account of his unsupported walk between Land’s End and John O’Groats, a distance of 881 miles in under 40 days.
