Homes for Ukraine – Call for Landlords

Posted on July 11, 2023

Do you have a vacant property that you’d like to let? Ukrainian nationals are starting to rebuild their future and look for more independence.

Oxfordshire County Council, in partnership with the district and city councils, is
looking for existing landlords, or people who have a vacant property and would
consider becoming a landlord to those currently looking for somewhere to live.

All Ukrainians have the right to rent, work and live in the UK. Many have secured
paid work and others are eligible to receive Universal Credit and housing allowance.
If you’re interested, you will receive:

  • one month rent in advance
  • a security deposit payment
  • a £1,000 thank you payment.
