Oxfordshire County Council has been informed of a temporary emergency road closure on the Market Place whilst sewer repairs relating to possible flooding works are carried out for public safety reasons.
A temporary Emergency Notice is being made to implement the temporary closure and will operate from 12 September 2024 up to and including 25 September 2024. This will operate between 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri – 08:00-13:00 Sat.
Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for those frontages within the closure area, subject to the progress of the works and liaison with the works supervisor. Diversion below, along with a copy of the original notice:
