TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, that the Oxfordshire County Council
TEMPORARILY PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE HIGHWAY
BY ALL MOTOR VEHICLES
LOCATION: Langford, A361 Burford Road, at its junction with Broughton Poggs to its junction with the road to Little Faringdon.
REASON: to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works
DURATION: Starting on 13 March 2017 (19:00 – 06:00)
The anticipated completion date is 17 March 2017
(Traffic Regulation Notices cover a maximum of 5 consecutive days.)
ACCESS: Limited access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for frontages within the closed section of road, subject to the progress of the works
SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
For Local traffic and LGV’s via the B4477, B4020, A4095, A417 and vice versa.
For HGV’s via A40, A34, A420, A417 and vice versa.
